  • 3/4 cup Rokeby Farms Natural Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 200g fresh prawns
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large celery stalk, sliced
  • Lemon zest of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped dill


  1. Over high heat, fry the prawns in a little coconut oil for 1-2 minutes until cooked. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the probiotic yoghurt, lemon zest, chopped dill, pepper and salt.
  3. Add the prawns, celery, cucumbers and mix.
  4. Serve straight away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
