Method
- Pour the water, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a small saucepan and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add in the oats and simmer, stirring frequently until the liquid is absorbed for about 5-8 minutes.
- Turn off the heat then add the peanut butter and probiotic yoghurt and mix well until fully combined.
- Serve in a bowl and top with muesli of your choice, goji berries, blueberries and some more peanut butter.
