Winter Peanut Butter Porridge

  • Goji berries
  • Blueberries or any fruit
  • Muesli of your choice
  • Extra peanut butter


  1. Pour the water, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a small saucepan and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add in the oats and simmer, stirring frequently until the liquid is absorbed for about 5-8 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat then add the peanut butter and probiotic yoghurt and mix well until fully combined.
  4. Serve in a bowl and top with muesli of your choice, goji berries, blueberries and some more peanut butter.
