Ingredients

  • 150g pecans
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Rokeby Farms Natural Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • salt + pepper
  • 4 sheets puff pastry

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. To a food processor add pecans, cottage cheese, probiotic yoghurt, eggs, garlic, parsley and soy sauce and process until well combined with some small chunks of pecans left – pour into a bowl.
  3. Stir in oats, breadcrumbs, oregano and salt + pepper.
  4. Divide between sheets of puff pastry, roll and cut into small sausage rolls. Place on a baking paper lined oven tray.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden.
