- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- To a food processor add pecans, cottage cheese, probiotic yoghurt, eggs, garlic, parsley and soy sauce and process until well combined with some small chunks of pecans left – pour into a bowl.
- Stir in oats, breadcrumbs, oregano and salt + pepper.
- Divide between sheets of puff pastry, roll and cut into small sausage rolls. Place on a baking paper lined oven tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden.
