- In a large saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion in the olive oil. Once softened, add the chilli ﬂakes, cumin and coriander powder and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the stock, black beans, cannellini beans and crushed tomatoes. Add the bay leaves and simmer for 45 minutes with lid off.
- To serve, top the beans with salt and pepper to taste, coriander and a generous drizzle of probiotic yoghurt.
- Enjoy with warmed tortillas.
