Ingredients

  • 170g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • Chia seeds, to serve
  • Sliced bananas, to serve
  • Mixed berries, to serve

Method

  1. Combine yoghurt, frozen banana, milk and vanilla essence in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with berries, chia seeds and sliced banana.
