Ingredients

Sauce
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 200g fresh mozzarella torn into pieces, for topping
  • 1 punnet fresh baby tomatoes, cut in halves
  • Fresh basil, for topping
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Dough

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. To make the sauce, put the tomatoes, garlic and oregano into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened then remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper. Leave to cool.
  3. To make the dough, combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in the Probiotic Yoghurt and stir to combine. When the mixture forms a rough dough, turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead to form a smooth ball.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces and roll out into circles, approximately 1 cm thick. Top with the sauce and mozzarella, season with black pepper, sprinkle over a pinch of herbs then return to the oven.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes until the bases are crisp and the cheese is bubbling. 6. Serve with additional fresh basil and fresh baby tomatoes. Enjoy!
