- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, turmeric and sprinkle over garlic, sesame seeds, oregano, salt and pepper; pour the water or stock into the baking tin. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and charred on the outside and cooked through.
- To make the marinade, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Drizzle over the cauliflower and sprinkle over fresh herbs before serving.
