Toasted Muesli with Probiotic Yoghurt

Toasted Muesli

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 roughly chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1.  Place oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, cinnamon, honey, coconut oil and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix.
  2. Transfer mixture onto lined baking tray and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Once toasted, let tray cool completely before breaking apart and storing in an airtight jar. Serve with Rokeby Farms Probiotic Yoghurt.
