Take the flavours of a Thai Massaman curry, add lamb shanks, and you've got yourself a winter favourite that everyone will love. Topped with our Natural Probiotic Yoghurt, to help regulate your digestive system and steer away those winter colds.
In a casserole dish, add curry paste, onion and lamb shanks and cook on stovetop for a few minutes until browned. Add potatoes, carrots, kefir lime leaves, cashews coconut milk and stock, then bring to simmer, cover with lid and bake in oven for 2 hours and 45 minutes or until the meat starts to fall from the bone.
Once finished baking, remove casserole dish from oven and let it cool slightly. Top with sliced chilli, fresh coriander, squeeze of lime and drizzle with Natural Probiotic Yoghurt.
