Summer Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 170g Coconut Yoghurt
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh mango
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 cup ice
Toppings
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Remaining fresh mango (sliced)

Method

  1. Place Coconut Yoghurt, coconut water, banana, mango, coconut flakes and ice in blender and blend for 15 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into bowl and decorate with toppings.
