- Preheat oven to 180’c. Grease a loaf tin.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine all wet ingredients except strawberries in a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir well, add strawberries and mix gently until combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared tin and bake for 45 – 55 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
