- Whisk chia seeds, milk and maple syrup together. Let mixture sit to thicken in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a jar, place ½ cup of yoghurt at base.
- Pour in a layer of chia seed pudding mixture.
- Top with chopped strawberries, another layer of quark yoghurt and spoonful of passionfruit seeds. Mix layer gently.
- Pour in a second layer of chia seed pudding mixture.
- Top final pudding with your choice of berries.
