Method
- Slice chicken thighs into long strips. In a large bowl combine the oil, paprika, salt, cayenne and oregano and coat the chicken.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Cook over a medium high heat for 3-4 minutes each side or until charred and cooked through.
- Mix together the probiotic yoghurt, oregano, salt and pepper and serve alongside the cooked skewers.
