Smokey + Spicy Grilled Chicken Skewers

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp flaked salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Dipping Sauce


  1. Slice chicken thighs into long strips. In a large bowl combine the oil, paprika, salt, cayenne and oregano and coat the chicken.
  2. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Cook over a medium high heat for 3-4 minutes each side or until charred and cooked through.
  3. Mix together the probiotic yoghurt, oregano, salt and pepper and serve alongside the cooked skewers.
