  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rokeby Farms Natural Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Lightly coat a 1L capacity ovenproof dish with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
  3. Add flour, half the sugar and half the cocoa powder into a bowl and make a well in centre.
  4. Use a fork to whisk yoghurt, egg, spread and vanilla in a separate bowl and pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Transfer to prepared dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cocoa powder and sugar over mixture.
  6. Carefully pour boiling water over mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until firm to a gentle touch.
