What better way to warm up on a cold winter's night than with our warm sticky Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding topped with a generous pour of our Natural Probiotic Yoghurt. It's a thrill every time to see the sauce magically appear beneath the pudding!
Lightly coat a 1L capacity ovenproof dish with a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Add flour, half the sugar and half the cocoa powder into a bowl and make a well in centre.
Use a fork to whisk yoghurt, egg, spread and vanilla in a separate bowl and pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Transfer to prepared dish.
Sprinkle remaining cocoa powder and sugar over mixture.
Carefully pour boiling water over mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until firm to a gentle touch.
