Raspberry Overnight Oats

Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Rokeby Farms Natural Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the raspberries and scoop into 2 glasses.
  2.  Place the glasses in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Once ready to be eaten, top with the raspberries, add a dollop of almond butter and toppings like pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
