Yoghurt Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 170g Natural Yoghurt
  • Half a red onion (diced)
  • Fresh coriander (chopped finely)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sprinkle cumin powder
  • 1 sprinkle coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Corn chips (to serve)

Method

  1. Half avocados, remove stones and mash until smooth in a bowl.
  2. Add 170 natural yogurt, diced red onion, coriander, cumin and coriander, juice of lime and stir.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste, and serve with corn chips.
