Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 170g Natural Yoghurt
- Half a red onion (diced)
- Fresh coriander (chopped finely)
- 1 lime
- 1 sprinkle cumin powder
- 1 sprinkle coriander powder
- Salt and pepper
- Corn chips (to serve)
Method
- Half avocados, remove stones and mash until smooth in a bowl.
- Add 170 natural yogurt, diced red onion, coriander, cumin and coriander, juice of lime and stir.
- Salt and pepper to taste, and serve with corn chips.
