Here's a different type of morning cuppa to enjoy for breakfast! Yoghurt Granola Cups filled with protein and calcium rich Natural Yoghurt and fresh fruit.
In a bowl add in the oats, and in another bowl mash banana and add honey, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of sale. Pour the wet mixture in with the oats and mix well.
Fill a greased muffin tin with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust.
Let chill for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180˚C and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Add in roughly 2 x tablespoons of Natural yogurt to each cup and fill with toppings.
