Yoghurt Granola Cups

Granola cups
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt, to taste
  • 275g Natural Yoghurt
Filling options
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Diced cantaloupe
  • Diced pineapple


  1. In a bowl add in the oats, and in another bowl mash banana and add honey, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of sale. Pour the wet mixture in with the oats and mix well.
  2. Fill a greased muffin tin with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust.
  3. Let chill for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 180˚C and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Add in roughly 2 x tablespoons of Natural yogurt to each cup and fill with toppings.
  6. Enjoy!
