- Diced cantaloupe
- Diced pineapple
- In a bowl add in the oats, and in another bowl mash banana and add honey, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of sale. Pour the wet mixture in with the oats and mix well.
- Fill a greased muffin tin with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust.
- Let chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 180˚C and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.
- Add in roughly 2 x tablespoons of Rokeby Farms Quark Natural yogurt to each cup and fill with toppings.
