- Place chickpeas, cayenne, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, Probiotic Milk and olive oil in a food processor or blender. Blitz until it becomes a paste.
- Add salt and pepper and extra Probiotic Milk if you want to adjust thickness. Blitz for a couple of minutes until smooth.
- To serve, dollop a big scoop of hummus on a plate or shallow bowl. Use a spoon to spread it and make swirls on the surface. Drizzle generously with more olive oil and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
