Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rokeby Farms Natural Probiotic Yoghurt
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 large beetroot
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Chop beetroot into quarters and bake in the oven on 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor and ½ cup of Natural Probiotic Yoghurt and pulse until dip is formed with texture.
  3. Serve with your favourite crackers!
