Porridge with Quick Berry Compote

Berry Compote
  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. For the compote, place fruit, juices cinnamon and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to simmer for 10 minutes, using a wooden spoon to muddle and mash the fruit.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside in a clean container.
  3. For the oats, boil water in a medium sized pot and add oats and salt. Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Once you’ve finished cooking, stir in the probiotic yoghurt.
  5. Divide oat mixture into bowls and top with the berry compote and a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
