  1. Place oats, water and Rokeby Farms Vanilla Probiotic Yoghurt in a bowl and mix to combine, set aside.
  2. To a saucepan add the pears, apple juice, honey, and enough water to just cover the pears.
  3. Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until pears are soft.
  4. Place oats in the microwave for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for a further 2 minutes and stir.
  5. Top the oats with extra Rokeby Farms Vanilla Probiotic Yoghurt, a pear and some of the poaching liquid. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and a drizzle of honey if desired.
