- Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and reﬁll pot with cold water for another minute. Drain and set aside.
- Add avocado, Probiotic Yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and mash lightly to combine. Set aside.
- Drizzle toasted sourdough slices with olive oil and rub lightly with half of a garlic clove on each slice.
- Top toast with pea and avocado smash and enjoy!
