Ingredients

  • 170g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 papaya
  • Fruit toppings, to serve
  • Coconut flakes, to serve

Method

  1. Cut a whole papaya in half and scoop out the center, this will become your bowl.
  2. Place yoghurt into the center of the papaya halves.
  3. Top with your favorite slices of fruit and sprinkle over coconut flakes for that finishing touch!
