Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Blueberries, to serve
  • Toasted nuts, to serve
  • Coconut flakes, to serve


  1. In a small bowl or jar, stir together uncooked rolled oats, yoghurt and milk. Cover and place in fridge overnight to let the oats soak up some of the liquid.
  2. In morning, remove from fridge and top with blueberries, toasted nuts and coconut flakes. Feel free to add in a dash of milk if you like your oats with more liquid.
