Ingredients

Base
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 40g almond meal
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Topping

Method

  1. Blend base ingredients together in a food processor and press evenly into baking moulds. Place in fridge.
  2. Blend cheesecake ingredients together & pour over base layer. Top with coconut or granola etc & place in freezer overnight to set.
  3. Before eating place in fridge to defrost & enjoy.
