Mango layer

Vanilla layer


  1. Blitz all ingredients for mango layer in a high powered blender and pour into a lined tin. Set in the freezer for 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the vanilla layer by mixing the coconut cream with the probiotic yoghurt and pour over the mango layer.
  3. Allow to set for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and slice into bars.
