- 500g Natural Yoghurt
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ crushed almonds
- Berries and crushed almonds to serve
- Place natural yoghurt, almonds and berries and a drizzle of honey in a bowl and mix well.
- Line a 12cm x 10cm tray with baking paper and pour in mixture evenly.
- Spread mixture evenly and decorate surface with left over berries and almonds.
- Freeze overnight.
- Remove baking paper from the tray and gently peel baking paper from bark.
- Break roughly into pieces and enjoy!
