Frozen Yoghurt Bark

Frozen Yoghurt Bark

  • 500g Natural Yoghurt
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ crushed almonds
  • Berries and crushed almonds to serve
  • Honey


  1. Place natural yoghurt, almonds and berries and a drizzle of honey in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Line a 12cm x 10cm tray with baking paper and pour in mixture evenly.
  3. Spread mixture evenly and decorate surface with left over berries and almonds.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Remove baking paper from the tray and gently peel baking paper from bark.
  6. Break roughly into pieces and enjoy!
