Frozen Yoghurt Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 1 x punnet of fresh raspberries
  • 1 x 170g Vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 x tbsp. coconut nectar

Method

  1. In a bowl combine the yoghurt and coconut nectar in a bowl.
  2. Then fill the mixture into ziplock bag and freeze for an hour so the mixture thickens.
  3. Meanwhile, rinse and dry your raspberries. Once the yogurt has thickened, pipe into the raspberries.
