Method
- Whisk together egg and Rokeby Farms Vanilla Probiotic Yoghurt to combine, add flour and sugar and continue to mix until smooth – adding more Probiotic Yoghurt as needed to reach the desired consistency.
- In a frypan over a medium heat cook spoonfuls of pancake batter until golden.
- Serve warm topped with sliced fresh banana, mixed nuts and lashings of maple syrup.
