Easy Cinnamon Scrolls

  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup Natural Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil, plus extra for brushing
  • 2 tablespoon caster sugar, plus extra for dusting
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, add flour, coconut oil, sugar and Probiotic Yoghurt and stir to combine. Tip out onto a floured bench and bring mixture together with your hands into a ball.
    *Add extra milk if flour mixture is too dry.
  3. Heavily flour your bench and roll out dough to form a large rectangle approximately ½ cm thick.
  4. Brush with extra coconut oil (approximately 1 tablespoon). Evenly sprinkle over extra sugar (approximately 1 tablespoon) and cinnamon, covering the entire rectangle.
  5. Tightly roll the rectangle up into a large sausage shape. Using a serrated knife, cut into pieces approx. 5cm thick.
  6. Place in a greased baking tray measurements 24cm x 14cm x 4cm. Brush the top of the rolls with the remaining melted coconut oil.
  7. Bake for 25 mins or until rolls are baked through.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool. Make icing by combining icing sugar with vanilla and Probiotic Yoghurt Stir until smooth and drizzle over scrolls.
  9. Enjoy!
