In a pot, add butter, combine rice, onion, garlic, sage, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Then add in broth and pumpkin puree. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off heat and gradually stir in the basil leaves, Probiotic Yoghurt and parmesan, a little bit at a time while stirring constantly, adding more liquid as it is absorbed.
Top with additional parmesan and basil leaves if desired when serving.
