Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°. Combine the polenta, flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Then create a well in the bowl and add wet ingredients – egg, Probiotic Yoghurt, olive oil and honey. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour into loaf pan lined with baking paper (measurements 24cm x 14cm x 4cm).
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minus or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes before serving.
