Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 ½  cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Berries, to serve
  • Sliced nuts, to serve

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt and milk together and stir into dry ingredients.
  2. Pour ¼ cup batter onto a heated pan with cooking spray. Turn when bubbles form on top and cook until golden.
  3. Transfer to plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  4. To serve, add a dollop of coconut yoghurt and top with berries and nuts.
