Method

  1. Combine cooked rice, yoghurt and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and cook while stirring for 15 minutes until thick and creamy. 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and beaten egg allowing custard mixture to form.
  3. Enjoy warm or cooled with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon or topped with nuts and berries.
