Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups Rokeby Farms Vanilla Probiotic Yoghurt

Toppings

  • Fresh banana, sliced
  • Peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Puffed rice
  • Peanuts

Method

  1. In a bowl combine the oats, chia seeds and Probiotic Yoghurt and mix well. Allow to thicken in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Spoon the oats into serving glasses and top with toppings of your choice.
