Chocolate Popsicles

Chocolate Popsicles

  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/3 cup pepitas
  • 1/3 cup buckwheat
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 shredded coconut


  1. In a jug mix cream, Probiotic Yoghurt, cocoa and maple syrup and whisk until combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into x 8 popsicle moulds – fill each mould two thirds full. Freeze for 6 hours or until the popsicles are frozen.
  3. When the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the popsicle moulds by running the moulds under room temperature water for a couple of seconds and pulling gently to remove.
  4. To decorate, melt the dark chocolate using the similar method mentioned above. Lay popsicles on baking paper and then drizzle them in chocolate. While the chocolate is still warm, decorate with toppings such as goji berries, pepitas, buckwheat, chia seeds and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
