- Combine filling ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Sandwich 2 table spoonfuls of filling between 2 biscuits and set aside.
- Whisk together melted dark choc and coconut oil and dip half biscuit in, then place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Serve immediately or store in freezer for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
