Ingredients

Toppings:
  • Buckwheat
  • Goji berries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Crushed almonds

Method

  1. Mix the probiotic yoghurt, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Peel and chop bananas into half.
  3. Poke wooden skewer into base and coat bananas in probiotic yoghurt mixture.
  4. Holding the skewer, top with various toppings such as buckwheat, goji berries, coconut flakes, crushed almonds, etc.
  5. Place in freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. Enjoy!
