- Mix the probiotic yoghurt, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla in a bowl.
- Peel and chop bananas into half.
- Poke wooden skewer into base and coat bananas in probiotic yoghurt mixture.
- Holding the skewer, top with various toppings such as buckwheat, goji berries, coconut ﬂakes, crushed almonds, etc.
- Place in freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. Enjoy!
