Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

  • 2 cups coconut/almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 170g Strawberry Yoghurt
  • Fresh fruit, to serve


  1. Whisk chia seeds, milk and maple syrup together. Let mixture sit to thicken in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a jar, place chia seed pudding mixture at base.
  3. Top with yoghurt and your choice of fresh fruit- we like placing in thin slices of kiwi fruit and topping with raspberries and blueberries for that finishing touch!
