Make your winter feast complete with our cheesy, creamy Cauliflower & Cheddar Gratin! Using a full head of cauliflower, smothered with a rich, sauce and baked to crispy, golden perfection – it's the ultimate homely side for any winter meal.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Add the Dijon mustard to the probiotic yoghurt and stir to combine. Place the cauliflower, half the cheddar, cream mixture, salt and pepper in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Add the cauliflower mixture to an ovenproof tray and sprinkle over the remaining cheddar. Cover with foil and cook for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove foil and cook for a further 10 minutes. Top with rosemary and cook for a further 3 minutes or until golden and bubbling, then serve.
