Broccoli & Chicken Pasta Bake

  • 1 large chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 500g spiral pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 cups Rokeby Farms Natural Probiotic Yoghurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large broccoli, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain flour


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and thyme, toss to coat.
  3. Spread pasta in a baking dish and dust over with flour. Pour over Probiotic Yoghurt and broth, add garlic and butter and combine well.
  4. Spread chicken over the top and add broccoli pieces. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and stir well. Add most of the cheese, then stir again, and sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an extra 10 minutes or until the top is golden and sauce is thickened.
  7. Serve immediately!
