  • 1 small ripe banana 80g
  • 1/3 cup of Rokeby
  • 20ml maple syrup
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup of quinoa flakes
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut



  1. For the pudding, in a large bowl mash your banana, then add in maple syrup, probiotic yoghurt and chia. Now add in quinoa flake and mix until combined. Distribute into two small bowls or jars. Keep in fridge overnight.
  2. For the ganache, melt milk chocolate and pour in probiotic yoghurt. Pour on top of pudding mixture and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
