Blueberry Probiotic Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Toppings:
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 3 strawberries, washed, sliced
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes
  • ½ teaspoon black chia or sesame seeds

Method

Place the blueberry filmjolk yoghurt, mixed berries and banana into a blender and blitz until bright purple and thick. Pour the the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl and top with the sliced banana, strawberries, toasted coconut and seeds. Serve immediately.

*Try topping the smoothie bowl with any of your favourite fresh or dried fruits,  granola, seeds or nuts.
