Bonjour breakfast! Give the classic French toast a healthy twist with our Blueberry Probiotic Yoghurt. Soft and fluffy in the middle, crispy around the edges, and served with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Whisk together eggs, probiotic yoghurt, salt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a flat-bottomed dish. Place bread slices, one or two at a time, into the mixture and flip to make sure both sides of bread are well-coated.
Melt coconut oil in a large pan. Place bread slices in pan and cook on medium heat until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of probiotic yoghurt and/or maple syrup.
