- Place probiotic yoghurt, honey and chia seeds in a bowl. Stir well to combine. Cover and store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
- Heat butter and brown sugar in saucepan over low heat and stir until it forms a caramel. Add bananas and coat in mixture. Remove and set aside.
- Divide among serving glasses. Top with caramelised banana pieces, blueberries and flaked almonds.
