Blueberry Cacao Chia Pudding

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup Rokeby Farms Blueberry Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 2 tsp cacao
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Fresh blueberries to serve


  1. To a small mixing bowl add cacao powder, maple syrup, ground cinnamon and Rokeby Farms Blueberry Probiotic Yoghurt and whisk to combine
  2. Add chia seeds and whisk once more to combine. Then cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3 hours or until it’s achieved a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Serve chilled with desired toppings, such as blueberries.
