Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Place the oats, probiotic yoghurt. almond flour, frozen blueberries, dates and honey into a food processor. Process for 2–3 minutes until the mixture comes together.
  2. Roll 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 8.
