Baked Pears & Yoghurt

Baked Pears and Quark

Ingredients

  • 2 x pears
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup crushed almonds
  • 170g Vanilla Yoghurt

Method

  1. Slice pears in half and place on baking tray, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes in fan-forced oven on 180 degrees celsius.
  2. Plate once cooked and dollop Vanilla Yoghurt and sprinkle with crushed almonds.
  3. Enjoy!
