- Cut the core from the apple
- Slice the apple into 1-2cm slices using a large knife.
- Set each of the apple slices onto a sheet of paper towel and blot dry.
- Mix the peanut butter with probiotic yoghurt until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter on each apple slice, then top with a sprinkling of coconut
flakes, walnuts and mini chocolate chips.
- Enjoy immediately!
